When I initially decided to build a house in Heber Springs, Arkansas, it was with the idea of creating a "place of refreshing" for myself, my family and my friends. But as Times of Refreshing Wellness Center has developed and grown, and my wonderful clients have expressed certain needs to me, I began to see a vision for the perfect place to invite my clients to come for a weekend of renewal, rest and refreshing, and that place is now called the The Oasis. I have developed a weekend retreat for my clients which focuses on specific ways to move to higher levels in key areas of life that have the greatest impact on our spiritual, emotional, and physical health. Some of the activities will include:
• Group Coaching on various life issues
• Massage Therapy (optional additional cost)
• Free time for quiet reflection, rest, etc.
• Yoga classes taught by a certified Christian yoga instructor
• Lots of nutrient dense food
• Pajama parties
• Home Spa recipes
• Hiking, walking, paddle boating, and fishing

Welcome to The
Oasis. Located just outside of Heber Springs, Arkansas, and nestled in the woods at the top of a mountain on Lake Moore, the retreat center is the perfect setting for a quiet, restful gathering with family and friends.
The Oasis is a brand new home with a rustic look and extremely comfortable furnishings. There is plenty of room to spread out and relax, or for our more active guests, you are just minutes away from boating, hiking, and other outdoor activities. Our goal is to provide a peaceful place for small group meetings, events, and retreats, or a gathering spot for family and friends. Times of Refreshing is the perfect place for small church leadership retreats, women's meetings, etc. with plenty of parking in drive and cove.

RESERVATION AND BOOKING POLICY:
$500 Deposit required to hold Retreat Center. $100 NON-REFUNDABLE PET DEPOSIT
Deposit(s) must be received within seven (7) days of booking the reservation. The deposit to hold the retreat center will automatically be converted to a damage deposit upon your arrival. You may pay using our Paypal account.
Your $500 deposit is fully refundable within 14 days of your departure provided all home rental policies were adhered to during your stay. A copy of
The Oasis Policies will be sent upon booking once deposit has been received.

PAYMENT
An advance payment equal to 50% of the rental rate is required 30 days before arrival and will be applied to rent. Please make payments in the form of traveler's check, bank money order, cashier check, or personal check payable to
The Oasis. You may also request us to send you an invoice via email using our Paypal account.
The BALANCE OF RENT is due fourteen (14) days before arrival date.
CANCELLATIONS: We understand that changes in travel can occur. A full refund will be returned to you if we are given a fourteen(14) day notice of cancellation and/or change in your stay requirements. Cancellation or changes that result in a shortened stay, that are made less than 14 days prior to the arrival date, forfeit the damage/reservation deposit. Early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.

*The Oasis has a basement that may be used to sleep additional people. There is a queen size raised air bed in the great room and an additional double bed in the adjacent bedroom. Please Note: This floor is unfinished but has heating/air and electricity.
