Are you in a rut? When we get in a rut, we typically self-sabotage by doing things like emotional eating, not practicing any type of self-care, negative self-talk, and not taking the time to relax and renew ourselves. If you are in a rut, do one thing today to practice self-care and move away from the negative self-talk. Take a quiet walk and pray, create a "spa" bath by lighting candles and using pure essential oils in your bath water, sit down for 15 minutes with a cup of tea and a good book. Your self-care activities will be unique to you, so take one of them and do it today. It will create a desire for more, and before you know it, you will be out of the rut and moving forward to a more balanced life.
